Report: Microsoft working on Xbox Surface

With the recent release of Windows Surface, Microsoft may be looking to integrate its other major product with its newest venture. Sources close to Microsoft have told The Verge that initial research and development has begun on the Xbox Surface -- a 7-inch tablet designed to play games.
